Sent us a misleading letter saying we would have the chance to find out about my health now by participating.

Absolute lies as when you go online to sign up it says you won't be given any personal feedback.

A way to get your details and DNA etc by misleading and lying to you through the NHS.

Don't be taken in by thier deceiving letter and lies.

I never gave the NHS permission to give my details to this charity either. Or I suppose I don't get the option as they are "in partnership with the NHS" An organisation that pays out billions in compensation claims a year!

Be cautious with what you are signing up to.

I must start by saying how brilliant staff are.
As normal, it seems to be the policies and procedures of the organisation that let people down.

After visiting our future, Hills mobile unit, I have been so disappointed.
It seems to be nothing more than a data collection, exercise, which I know is the whole point of these mobile units however, I can not see it being beneficial to my physical, or anybody else’s physical health.
Questions such as, how many cars do we have in our household, is the house owned or mortgaged. What type of cooker do I have gas or electric.? And lots and lots of other seemingly unrelated questions.
Before writing this review, I have tried to get hold of Future health, both on the phone. And by email to ask these questions, as yet I have had no reply.

After going to see the Mobile unit, and finding that my blood pressure and my cholesterol was high, I immediately went to my doctor surgery, find out if I was in danger. When I explained I have been to future health, they rolled their eyes.. myself and my family have now spent three weeks concerned that I’m about to have a heart attack, or stroke. I wouldn’t ask you to avoid this organisation, or the screening and research they are doing. I am always happy to join in, too projects like this.
But the communication once you’ve done what they want you to do. Is non-existent.
Which I find very sad, as I am sure they are trying to do their best for the people that join their research program.

Just be a little bit cautious, of want your signing up to.
