Having worked at redcot for a good number of years I have seen alot of changes and most for the better.
Great company to work for, offering good employee benefits and support.

Residents are well cared for with personal centred care as a priority.
Excellent home cooked food, with a wide variety of choice available and daily activities which coincide with the national events in the calendar. We have recently had a cocktail event for national cocktail day.

Absolutely lovely home I've been visiting a while now covering for the hairdresser and I must say it's an absolute pleasure residents and staff are very friendly and happy I leave feeling good that I've popped an extra big smile on their faces for having their hair done .... we all feel great after a hair do!!
