In and out with 50 minutes and antibiotics given for chest infection. Great service as always. Never mind waiting though! Very professional and just couldn't do without this place.

Had to take a friend who had badly gashed their arm which was deep & bleeding badly. He was taken for treatment immediately upon arrival. The service is superb. Staff really friendly & super helpful. Thank goodness we didn’t have to go to QEQM.

Felt compelled to leave a review. Had to take my daughter down for a fractured and infected toe. She was really poorly with it. The staff were superb. All of them. Thank you. I honestly can’t remember a better experience in an NHS facility. Polite and efficient.

I have just been for an eye screening and wanted to say how wonderful the young lady was that we saw. She put me at ease was chatty and funny would certainly recommend. We were also impressed with how clean everything was a credit to your housekeeping

I recently visited the UTC here for treatment for an insect bite that became badly infected. I had to visit four times in total and on each occasion the staff were friendly and helpful and the waiting times were short. The nurses themselves were friendly, caring and knowledgeable and there was excellent continuity of care with my various appointments. I would like to express my gratitude for their help.

Insufficient parking, no appreciation of challenges faced which might explain why we were running late for an appointment. Made to feel hugely uncomfortable as a consequence by reception staff (x Ray dept) in front of other patients.

Amazing place. I came here with my daughter for her finger, she is 6 and the doctors refused to see her because they "are only dealing with strep A cases". We were seen within 1 hour, had 2 appointments to come back and see Amanda and Sue. They were fantastic. The receptionist was lovely, triage nurse great. Cannot fault them at all.
