Kyla's acupuncture sessions have helped me more than I could have imagined. From the first session, I felt truly listened to and cared about and not rushed (quite a different experience to what I was used to inn healthcare). It felt important and validating to know she was interested in the 'whole picture' and to see her putting pieces of the puzzle together made me feel in safe hands. My healing since I started Kyla's sessions has been unbelievable, I had sessions on and off for a year but I felt benefit from the first sessions and had some huge breakthroughs about 3 months in, meaning I am now off medication and symptom free (!). I was also scared of needles but Kyla's manner and explanations totally eased me. I always feel super relaxed and don't want the sessions to end! This was the first time I tried acupuncture and I would absolutely recommend Kyla to anyone.

My experience with Kyla could not have been any more positive. I was recommended acupuncture by my IVF team and thought it was worth a try as I wanted to try everything possible to support my journey. I found Kyla through google and I am so incredibly glad I did. When I met Kyla she immediately put me at ease and she is such a lovely lady. I had never tried acupuncture before so wasn’t sure what to expect at all but the procedure itself was pain free and gave me some time to just be still. Kyla and I chatted through my sessions and I enjoyed our time together. Most importantly my IVF treatment worked, first time at 44! So I am sure acupuncture with Kyla played a positive part in this. Kyla has been so patient and kind to my 95 year old mother who was suffering from severe sciatica pain. Never having had acupuncture before, Mum was a little nervous but Kyla explained everything to her and put her mind at rest. She was extremely gentle and got Mum back on her feet. Kyla immediately puts you at ease and takes time and care to understand your background and issues in order to treat you in the most effective way possible. I have been seeing Kyla for acupuncture for various problems; back pain, arthritis and a damaged knee. In each case not only have the symptoms improved but I leave her treatment room feeling calmer and with much more energy.
