My black lab was unexpectedly taken ill just three days after I was admitted to hospital due to an accident. She was fine when the ambulance paramedics persuaded me to go into hospital , because I didn't want to leave her. I was informed that she had cut her paw because there was blood on the floor when a member of the red Cross turned up to walk and feed her. This wasn't the case, and I was informed that everything was fine with her. Three days later I was told that due to an infection in her womb she had been put to sleep. I was not told or even contacted about this so it came as a huge shock. I think this was absolutely appalling. I would have never left her if she had shown any sign of being unwell . There was no excuse that I wasn't kept upto date with what was going on. It was so heartbreaking hearing of her loss three days later. She was everything to me.

I can’t thank Kristina and the St Kitts team enough! Having only just joined St Kitts in Brighton Hill, Basingstoke after leaving a veterinary practice that I was with for fourteen years. I found out that my elderly pug was being given a treatment she didn’t need. I have now been given a treatment that has actually began working already. Because of my pugs age and her condition Kristina had a lengthy conversation about the choices and decisions me and my family will be making along the way, we were sat down, handed tissues and spoken to with care and compassion, something that never happened at my previous practice. Kristina explained everything so well and in depth even down to how the medication works. The receptionists were so polite and friendly, in contrast to my last practice.
I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful practice, which was recommended to me by so many people and I can see why. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Anita xx

Gary, our collie cross was petrified of going to the vets. Past experience at a different vet caused him a great deal of anxiety and fear. He'd shake uncontrollably and it got so bad that we could not longer take him as he wouldn't even go near the door. This was a huge problem as we were no longer able to get him vaccinated.

A friend recommended we try St Kitts. I called to explain our situation and they were amazing from the start. They offered 4 desensitization sessions, each lasted about an hour. The lovely Milly spend hours getting to know him and playing with him on the floor gaining his trust and friendship. Today we took him in for his second vaccination and he's so pleased to see her. Milly managed to complete the vaccination without him really even noticing. We are so grateful to Milly for investing her time to make him feel comfortable enough to administer his jabs. Thanks so much to Milly and all the staff at St Kitts. You have customers for life with us.

All the team at Crookham Park have been outstanding. My dog Poppy has been registered with them since 2018 and they are far superior in every way when compared to our previous vets. Sadly last week when it became clear that it was time for Poppy to be put to sleep, they organised everything without fuss and in a compassionate and professional manner. This meant that I was able to stay at home and a lovely vet and kind nurse came so that I could hold my dog in my arms and she could pass away quietly in calm and comforting surroundings at home. I can honestly say that in addition to missing my lovely four legged companion I will also miss the team at Crookham Park, they have not only cared for my dog but supported me through all our various trials and tribulations. Their friendly and welcoming atmosphere is genuine. I thank them all with all my heart from Sue and Poppy.

Amazing vets. All the staff are lovely and they are supportive of my choices that a lot of vets see as controversial (raw feeding my dogs etc). I find that they have a very ethical approach to their care of my dogs and are not ‘money hungry’ pushing every last treatment for the cash. Always professional and I genuinely feel safe knowing that these guys care for my dogs when needed. See pictures of two happy, healthy hounds cared for my st kitts.
