Nothing against the staff who are all very lovely and hard working but this has to be the most insanely priced charity shop I've ever been in, I understand the money goes to a good cause but the charity won't see anything if people are priced out of buying it . The shop is filled with budget clothing products like Primark, TU, and George that are not that much cheaper than buying new

While the staff is lovely, the charity shop's clothing leans towards an older demographic, lacking the unique and trendy pieces younger people prefer. I also feel like the prices of charity shops are getting more expensive. With new shops in Bishops Cleeve, the charity shops seem less appealing.

I visit the shop a couple of times a week. I went in and asked for the price of a jumper on that was in the shop window on a mannequin. The lady in the shop couldn’t reach but another customer told me the price and size. I asked if it would be possible to try it on. The lady looked rather sheepish and said ‘I can find someone to take it down, do you think it would fit you though?’ I felt embarrassed. I don’t think she was being rude on purpose as she then said a couple of times that she would find someone to get it down for me, but by this point I just wanted to get out of there. I understand that taking clothes from the mannequins could be a hassle and her comment probably wasn’t meant. But I don’t think I would come back to the shop now.
