5* to Adele who did my full body massage this evening. Booked last min for some relaxation after a tough day and couldn’t have asked for anything more. I came in to have my nails done for the first time ever, as a trial for my wedding. Lauren did biosculpture gels & helped me pick the perfect colour. I cannot express how much I love my nails & how amazing this girl is at what she does. They are perfect! Fabulous experience & such a lovely lady. Thanks a million cannot wait to return.

**update, the manager reached out and resolved the situation, great company!

had a back and leg treatment, quite disappointing experience - small details matter, like putting a towel under a persons feet to make them comfortable. Didn't really focus on where i asked her to, the pressure wasn't great.. no use of forearms..

Had a deluxe manicure and pedicure on Friday (£80) today is Monday and the nail varnish is already chipping off and as not all my cuticles were cut (it’s advertised that this is part of the treatment) my nails look awful, absolute ripoff.

More importantly though I have been going to Body Image for YEARS but won’t be returning due to a conversation that other therapists were having with a client in reception about how rude and abrupt they though South Africans are, I AM SOUTH AFRICAN………. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and the lady that was doing my nails was lovely and I think she felt embarrassed as she then got up and closed the door of the treatment room that we were in.

Maybe staff need to be aware of there surroundings or you need to advertise that you only welcome British people…….

My daughter had her ears pierced at this salon, the staff were both friendly and very professional, any questions we had were answered straight away.
The after care was also explained fully, quickly and professionally.
The staff here genuinely love their job, which really helped.
Wouldn’t of had my daughters ears pierced anywhere else.

Love going to Body Image. Such a lovely place. Andrea and her team are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always happy. Whether you are having your nails done or a facial, you are made to feel special. I have been going to see Andrea for my nails for quite a few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks to her I now have beautiful nails not the horrible bitten ones I had when I first went to see her. Thank you to Andrea and her team for being such lovely people and doing such a good job.

Love going to body image in hartley whitney!
Always feel there is a very relaxing atmosphere Caitlin is very professional and amazing at lashes and brows !!!! Makes me laugh everytime and feel comfortable everytime I leave always leave feeling refreshed confident and lashes looking beautiful!!!! Highly reccomend!! Also my mother uses the one in fleet and loves going!! Great salon!
