I recently registered and the staff are always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable particularly me as I hate going to the doctors. Have had bad experiences in the past with different surgery.

The surgery is clean and has a homely vibe to it. The nurse who has been seeing me as been very pleasant and empathetic when helping me. I’m very grateful and I’m glad I registered here. Thank you!!

After a issue with the doctors surgery unregistering me due to false info from Kettering general hospital. Debbie and other colleagues helped me to get registered and seen my a doctor very quickly. The staff are polite, helpful and I could not have asked for a better service. Even with things out of their control they handled in a professional manner and showed empathy. I can highly recommend

I was recently diagnosed with bowel cancer. I know there’s a lot of complaints against the surgery.. My experience has been so good. I first saw the doctor in December, had chest X-ray colonoscopy, CT and MRI scans. The outcome terrifies, me but my treatment has been first class. Thank you Headlands.

Dr Iqbal was both thorough in his investigations, and very professional. He explained everything regarding the procedure, and possible future treatment that may be needed. Great service

Staff proficient, polite and go the extra mile to support your needs however protocole still prevail's & seeing a Doctor or nurse on the day is mosr unlikely.08:00a.m. phone bookings are regrettably difficult due unendated . Call back System is useless as you likely get a call 3hrs later to confirm no Appointments available.Lkely seen quiker at A & E.This has been my true exspierance.
