My experience as a first time buyer with Harwich Village was amazing from start to finish. Michelle was so kind and supportive and was always happy to help with any questions I had. I was contacted weekly with updates and always met with such a warm presence at the end of the phone. I actually wish I could have used them in place of my solicitor as I receieved more feedback and guidance from them during the whole process than I ever did with my solicitor. I feel I have built a great relationship with everyone at Harwich Village and if I ever need to use an estate agent again, I would 100% be looking to take my business there, I really cannot fault them and I am so thankful to them for making my first experience a great one.

The team at Harwich Village were absolutely faultless at handling a recent flat sale in Dovercourt for us. We do not live in the area, so we had to ask them to go slightly above and beyond on occasion, but nothing was too much trouble, and we were kept updated constantly. The fees were also reasonable. Five stars all around.

I can't praise Harwich Village Homes enough, they were absolutely excellent throughout our search for my mums perfect home. They helped us find the perfect bungalow (after viewing quite a few) they were never pushy, always helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. If there were any issues with the property they were always upfront about it from the start. Once we'd found our property, we asked Harwich Village to let us in on numerous occasions so we could get quotes for works to be done. This was never an issue and they always met us on time. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Paul and also to Sarah who progressed our sale beautifully and with such professionalism. Thoroughly recommended

Very pleased with the service from Harwich Village Homes. They managed my sale and purchase and their support throughout the entire process was invaluable. The sales progress team are simply brilliant, checking the progress of entire chain on a regular basis and providing weekly updates and chasing where necessary. I cannot recommend Harwich Village highly enough. The professionalism and personal care that Simon, Paul and the team have consistently provided during the sale of my mother’s home, has been outstanding. Mum, who has dementia, was still living in the house during the sale and the whole team took care of her very well during the viewings, which they always accompanied.

We are so grateful to all at HV for the unfailing help and support they have given us in the last year - particularly invaluable to us as we do not live in the area!
From the outset, Paul gave us sound advice and useful contacts who all played their part in preparing the house for marketing.
The sales process itself was beset with endless unexpected challenges, which were outside the control of all the super friendly efficient sales team, who kept us updated at least once a week which was very much appreciated and kept our spirits up!
