Been working with Jack for a year now on my nutrition with the goal of losing weight and maintaining my numbers in the gym.
I am now 11kg lighter than I was last year and haven’t lost any strength numbers in the gym.

I'm a 48 year old female. I've been training with Jack from Frontline for 18 months now. I had done various sports / exercise up to now, but often would either lose interest or motivation, and therefore lacked consistency, which is the key to getting better at anything, and really seeing results. Training with Jack has been a complete game changer. Jack really listens, and takes time to figure out how to best engage you as an individual, not a one size fits all programme. Despite his military background, he doesn't need to rely on shouting orders or any other stressful techniques - his calm, educated and analytical methods ensure you are always improving, always working at appropriate level. Sometimes being pushed, sometimes maintaining levels, depending on whatever else is going on. He is extremely knowledgable and empathic, and can quickly figure out what is needed to get you working at your best. I genuinely cannot think of a better way to spend hard earned money, than in improving and protecting your health, and training with Jack is one of the best investments I have ever made, and will continue to do so (until some very rich celebrity gets wind of his brilliance and whisks him off to be their personal trainer, which is always a fear).
