Shocking service. Management tried to patronise me when making a complaint and advised that any complaints would result in a delay to support. After making a complaint the manager didn't action any of the outcomes resulting in my child waiting longer than he should on the waiting list. The manager's threat was acted on which i was assured it wouldn't in the outcome letter which makes me believe that it was in retaliation from making a complaint.

Made a further complaint in December and have yet to receive any acknowledgement from the service,

I do understand that all services are under pressure however there is no empathy from the staff and they continuously lie rather than being accountable for their actions or just completely ignore any forms of contact.

After coming in over a week ago with my 13 year old son, I was told would be contacted later that day or following day with a prescription with where has the dosage required. After 9 days and still having no response I phoned back up. Was told email send to doctor. Rang back again 24 working hours later was told will send another email. Now another 24 hours later I’m not had to come in to the practice and said I will wait till you give me the prescription he has had no medication now for 5 days. These are not vitamins these are controlled drugs that massively impact his mental health. The follow up service of healthy young minds is shocking this isn’t the first time I’ve had to do this. Children’s mental state depends on this service. When you are actually there in person the service is good but if your not there expect to have to follow up everything.

An absolute joke of an establishment. Our son requires consultations and ECG scans but this abysmal place only has 1 person trained to do them and they're consistently off ill or whatever other excuses they deem fit to passify their patients. We've been trying to get a simple consultation bur it has been cancelled twice now with only 2 hours prior warning. This place needs closing down.

Absolutely terrible service, particularly for children with SEN. Dr Subbian talks over you and doesn't listen, asks the same questions every time you speak to him and provides little or no support. An absolutely soul destroying experience overall which has been the case for years. This doctor has a one size fits all policy which is not fit for purpose. A very sad situation for our children.
