Just seen for first time a lovely young lady who performed my blood test. I am not the best with blood tests. However, she was very kind, compassionate and understanding. It was over in the blink of an eye! Thank you 😊
Well done Fronks Road 😊

My dad, who is 79, was recently admitted to hospital and had a dressing on. He came out on the weekend and needed the dressing changed, the doctors had NO appointments available but they accommodated him that day. The nurses were attentive and very caring. They had to rebook for every 2 days and he had the best care I could ask for. Thank you very much!!!!
My family have never had a negative time and find all the staff friendly and caring.

I fully appreciate that receptionists are under pressure as we can only book appointments from 8 - 9 but I found the experience very unpleasant today. The receptionist was impolite to say the least. Very unhappy as I've never come across this before at the surgery who have always been very helpful and polite.

Whilst I fully realise the stress and strain the staff are under, I am beginning to despair with the lack of service that I am getting. Almost impossible to get an appointment to see my GP, but I was happy to be referred to and seen to by the Diabetic Nurse. It would appear that the various practice nurses are, and have been running the Surgery for quite some time now, but not on a doctors salary I may add!
Now it appears that I can’t see or speak to the Nurse as, she is fully booked until sometime in October. Today is the 23 Sep 2022.
What are we as patients supposed to do?
