I take same medication every month and every month I have to go back because they have to order it . This week again I have to wait until Monday to have my medication because they have to order it . My other medication wasn't in the packet instead they gave me completely a wrong one
Been taking same 2 medications for years and every month either they don't have it in stock or give me the wrong item

It's shocking that the person I spoke to has no knowledge of COVID-19 treatment offered by NHS. The pharmacy may be turning back vulnerable patients with serious consequences. Could the manager at pharmacy immediately address this issue with their staff as vulnerable patients are being put at serious risk!!

Whoever owns or manages this Pharmacy needs to monitor the staff more closely than at present. My prescription upon comimg home with it there is no instruction leaflet in the box which is put in there for the benefit of the patient surely, Upon phoning told because had to split the box whoever received the other half of the box got the leaflet. All very well except without the leaflet the patient doed not know whether to take the medication before or with food or after food, When they split a box they should print of from the original leaflet a copy so one gets the original leaflet and the other patient gets the copy not hand out with no leaflet as the box just states take three times a day, Elderly people need to know the side effects also which the box does not state but the leaflet does, After all we are talking about drugs here not sweets,

Great pharmacy, only place I'll use in Harwich. Staff are nothing but friendly and helpful! Never have to wait long for a prescription to be done, or if digitally sent by the doctors, still quickly completed. Always leave feeling happy and treated with respect. Staff are very considerate with my hearing disability, which makes communication very hard with masks being worn (I lip-read) but in order for me to understand, staff will step back, go behind the protective screen, pull the mask down for a second and speak facing me. Utmost respect, and admiration for the job they do.

Best Pharmacy I’ve ever used, always greet you with a smile, very good product knowledge, reliable and the owner makes sure your happy with their service. Would thoroughly recommend.
