My daughter had an accident, I rang the dental practice for an urgent appointment, we were given an appointment within a couple of hours and the receptionist promised to call if they had a cancellation. They called within the hour to offer an immediate appointment. The dentist and dental nurse were very helpful and caring, helped my daughter and gave lots of advice in a kind and compassionate manner.
I can't thank the team enough for all of their help today.

In May I saw Dr Mike Blackwell for my first routine check-up in years (I’d got out of the habit because of the pandemic). Mike was running late, which I’m aware can happen. What impressed me was that despite the fact he was running 10-15 minutes late, he still took his time to perform a thorough examination, and then explain his findings and treatment options. I had an old filling that was failing and needing fixing. We scheduled the work to be done a month later. I’ve been very happy with his approach, dental skills and people skills. I feel very lucky that he’s my dentist. I can also say that the reception team are excellent. They’re clearly very busy, but are always friendly with patients.

Great place and very friendly. I can be nervous going to the dentist and they are always very patient with me. I've been coming here since the mid 1990s and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I took my 19 month old daughter to see Claire today. All the staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. I'm sure my daughter will always look forward to going to the dentist after today's experience! Thank you all. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Emma & willow 🙂

After my first visit here and having a fear of dentists I left happy and more confident than I could have hoped for. Dr Hugo was excellent, very kind and patient. I'm still not looking forward to the next visit but no longer filled with dread

Dr Laura Knox is an excellent Dentist. She is kind,considerate and thoughtful. I am disabled and she always atteto me in a downstairs room to save me the inconvenience of stairs.
