Bishop Cleeve Private Hire give you the best service you can ask for when you need a taxi . They do our holiday runs for us and Ruth keeps you informed on updates when they are needed like a change of driver, Ruth also is very easy to talk to and makes it easy for you to change pick up times as required if needed the cars are clean and tidy and the prices are also very good.We will be continuing to use this fabulous company in the future.

On 6pm Christmas Eve, Ruth came to our rescue and within an hour of me contacting her, an urgent prescription was collected from the pharmacy and delivered to my elderly relative. I can’t thank Ruth and driver John enough for their kindness and compassion, and for going out of their way to assist on what was a really busy evening for them. The service was truly outstanding. We used this company for an airport transfer to Heathrow. Fantastic service and reasonable price. Ruth was very friendly and helpful making the booking and communicating about pickups. Darrell did both journeys and was punctual and friendly. I would definitely recommend and use again myself.

Ruth and the drivers are nothing but first class taxi providers.
Always happy to accommodate your needs without any fuss incl last minute changes.
I had to cancel one of two taxis last minute on New Year’s Day due to no fault other than my own. BCPH we’re understanding, kind and very approachable with no hassle.
Not to mention their pricing is very reasonable and well worth every penny.

Went to book a taxi for this evening, and at first they had nothing available, then they did at 6:30. When driver turned up, he twice asked if I was the person that booked the taxi, which I confirmed and I asked if they took card, at which point he shakily said something along the lines of "dunno about that..." then asked my partner the same question I already confirmed. Then the driver was asked if it was a female they picked up at which point he answered that it was two so misgendered both myself and my partner.

Going to update: they say destination and pickup was not clear but the other taxi firm in area has no have problems understanding what I say. So doesn't understand the Scottish accent.
