I have been with Domiciliary Care Experts for a few months. Most carers speak very little English. Doesnot know much about care & basic hygiene. Some carers doesnot change Gloves after personal care. then use same gloves for food preparation, some carers always keep checking mobile. Few times wiped my bottom with cleaning wipes instead of personal care wipes. Some carers asked me very sensitive info about my disabilities & health. carers doesn't come on time. Sometime they come early randomly open door using keys from your keysafe and get inside house without making any noises. Doesnot respect about your privacy. Its basic commonsense to make some noises otherwise anyone can get scared. Today a carer gave me food in a cat bowl. I was upset, she told me, she thought its a cute bowl & in her country they dont have such things. She also served me tea in a different cup. I told her I have arthritis & i like my usual cup or sipper. She ignored me. Before leaving she wrote in care note that she did everything. I told her to write the truth. She left in a hurry. It upset me so much & i complaints about it to office . I think Domiciliary Care Experts hired mostly inexperienced carers from such countries and not doing much to give them proper training about care or anything to improve their English language.

We've had over a year of trouble and poor service, given feedback and space for things to improve and it hasn't. If anything it's getting worse.

This care company doesn’t take notice of the person they care for don’t listen or take any notice of family requests as done all through email my poor mum has suffered losing over half of her body weight some carers don’t even understand what dementia is please make anyone uses there services take photos of everything and get copies of everything I didn’t want to give it any stars but have to to go through
