First dubious experience of facial cosmetics today. I was totally impressed with how Vicky talked through my fears and dealt with my queries. The procedure took longer than I expected as she talked me through it and took such care. Vicky was very professional, I felt no pressure to go ahead with treatment but I am overwhelmed with the results. She is very caring, very informative and very knowledgeable. I’ll be back!! 😊

I had the most amazing treatment done with Vicky Barnes today.
I’ve never had any treatment done before on my face except facials.
So today I went completely out of my comfort zone and has ‘tear trough’ treatment done on my lower eyes. For a while I had thought about it but never had the courage.
From the moment I went in the salon I felt as ease- the other ladies also waiting a short time told me how amazing Vicky was .
When my turn came everything was explained fully so I understood the process.
We got on like a house on fire and chatted like we were new best friends.
We also discussed other options to have done at another time regarding threads and Botox - never in a million years would I have thought about things like that .
But now as I’m getting near 50 I feel I deserve to treat myself a bit more to help me stay looking younger !!
So eeeeek I’m booked in again in 2 weeks for a bit more help to stay looking younger and beautiful!!
Honestly I can’t recommend Vicky and her admin team enough as both ladies encouraged me to feel comfortable, welcome at ease and I definitely will be a customer for many years to come !
