My dad (61) went in because he felt very ill and was told he was fine and to take painkillers. Nearly 3 weeks later died in his sleep! And my mum (57) has had the worst chest pain and coughing for nearly a year, and was told every time she went, which was probably once every couple months, that she was fine. Not offered an asthma test or anything, just a listen to her breathing which personally I think sounded awful, but they just said it was fine, stop smoking as much. Was eventually given antibiotics but they didn't help and didn't give a replacement. They also gave her a low quality, unhelpful inhaler, and although she has complained many times over the phone, they have not offered a replacement for that either. My sister and I (22, 17) are also suffering from depression and other mental health disorders and have requested grieving help and counseling, and were only offered antidepressants which we were already on, they just gave more of the same dose. And didn't refer us to any help options. This place isn't good. The doctors also don't speak English well and are hard to understand.

Honestly I have been with this centre for over 24 years, I cannot fault them. Never have to wait long, doctors are helpful, nurses are nice and receptionist are actually friendly! Thank you for looking after me.

Nurses are lovely and never had an issue with a routine nurse appointment or blood test etc. Doctors appointments on the other hand are a nightmare. It's very difficult to get them to take you seriously and I've been brushed off on multiple occasions for different issues even though I only go when absolutely have no choice. On 2 occasions I've been left in severe pain and not prescribed any pain relief just left to suffer with over the counter meds that havnt worked. Also had 2 appointments where a senior doctor has stepped in and given different but correct advice which otherwise I wouldn't have been given. This is why A&E wait times are high, patients are left with no other choice.

A friendly and efficient practice. If you need to see a doctor phone at 8 and get them to phone back. I’ve always been able to get an appointment for the same day as long as you are not fussy who you see.

The worst surgery ever. Ladies in reception just sat there and do nothing. I've been trying to ring them to book an appointment and the voice message says I'm first in the queue and after 20 minutes I'm still in the queue.

Had really low blood pressure felt dizzy for a week and after having my blood test they said everything is fine which was a lie .

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!!!!!!

They keep lying to people.
After I had my blood pressure test they have said the doctor will have a look and will give me a call next day . I've been waiting all day and when I rang them in the evening asking what did the doctor said they said everything is fine . Which wasn't fine . My blood pressure was 108/71 and I still felt dizzy . Next day I rang them again saying that I'm not feeling well and don't know what the doctor said everything is fine then the lady in reception said that the doctor was off yesterday and there's no option she could have a look at my tests .

If you're registered with them go to another doctors ASAP if you want to be looked after not treated like a piece of s.hit.

Very pleased with my GP appointments at this surgery. All my queries and concerns have been dealt with comprehensively. It was no problem to have face-to-face consultations during lockdown if they were needed. This team is everything I need them to be when I have a health issue.

While the clinic itself is clean modern and pretty, I've never felt I've been taken seriously everytime I have attended.

Never seem to see the same Dr and have to really push for services or treatments.

Always find every body friendly helpful especially receptionists go out of their way phoned up this morning with a query on my prescription and the lady on reception sorted it all within a few minutes.(I think the lady was polish) but she phoned me back and it was sorted.Great surgery
