I would highly recommend this care provider. I’ve been using Continuity Of Care for over two years. When I first came on board with this company, it was the company owner that came out to start doing my care. She delivered my care for the first two weeks and then slowly introduced other carers to me. This helped me immensely as this was the first time I had received care in my home and I was very anxious. Since then, I have built up a good relationship with the company. They are always on time and professional and very good at communicating with me.

This company should not be anywhere near complex care packages, in 20 years of having care agencies this has been my worst experience, no regard for the service user or their family they are only interested in how much money your package is worth.

I hope this review stops at least one family having yo experience what my daughter and our family had to experience.
