Ignore the Care Commission Rating. Sophia and her team looked after my Dad at home in the last 4 weeks of his life. They always arrived on time, treated my Dad with dignity and respect, and helped reassure my Mum, who had been looking after my Dad for so many months previously. Sophie would regularly phone my Mum and also pop in to make sure everything was satisfactory. My Dad got his wish which was to die in his own bed at home holding my mums hand.
Just wish we had used them earlier…..
