Absolutely woeful. I'm lucky enough to be relatively fit and well and therefore rarely need to see a doctor. Invariably this means that when you do need to see a Dr it's something either immediately serious or something very concerning. The sort of thing that you see adverts on the TV that tell you to "Contact your GP" because "while it's probably nothing serious, it could be life-threatening and it's best to check".

Despite my wife and I only contacting Whitewater Health in these exceptional circumstances it is absolutely impossible to get a Doctor's appointment. I appreciate that the practice is clearly under significant stress but it's simply not serving the community in any meaningful way. My wife was recently told based on a 111 Online Evaluation to contact her GP. She did so, and after a 40 minute hold she was told there were no appointments. The only suggestion offered was to go back to 111. Genuinely pathetic.

This performance has been going on for years. Who exactly is managing to see a Doctor Beats me. Only thing that saves this from being a 1 star review is that from memory, the doctors and nurses themselves are very helpful. It's a bit irrelevant however if they're completely inaccessible.

Dysfunctional surgery with dreadful booking and reception service. Latest surgery gimmick is to offer a 'callback service' to preserve your place in the phone queue for trying to make an appointment. This is a complete scam - just gets rid of you from queue and noone calls you back (3 days now and no call back). Shameful way to operate - practice manager should be ashamed.

Rating based on the management rather than the doctors who are great. Trouble being it’s impossible to get an appointment. Was a patient for over 13 years and they changed their appointment system some years ago. It was frustrating previously but you could still get an appointment whereas now it’s almost impossible for routine appointments. You are advised to phone NHS 111 instead by the receptionist.

Awful service. Can’t book to see a doctor on the website. Online appointments do not work waited 3 weeks for an appointment got there and it was for a blood test with a nurse? Trying to see a doctor is almost impossible. I tried this morning and I was told 2 weeks. I said ok I will wait 2 weeks. She then advised she couldn’t even do that because of Christmas break so I couldn’t even be booked in at all because of their system? I said anytime in January ok but not possible to book

Had a blood test appointment today that I have waited for a month to have due to limited availability on the online booking system. I arrived 5 minutes late and my appointment was cancelled. Very surprised as most places are flexible if you are a few minutes behind. I had to take a day off for this and was very disappointed with how the clinic demonstrated its inflexibility and lack of understanding versus other clinics. Especially given the sewers works around the area. Despite how emphatic the front desk lady was, it didn’t help.

Not been able to get an appointment in a long long time.. I was very lucky this week and I saw Dr Le Vey.. She was the best Dr I have ever talked too.. Shame she is leaving the practice.. I cannot fault this surgery, the staff are ALL doing their best..As patients it can be frustrating however for me this last appointment was very important and I was given the utmost care and understanding.

Whitewater Health will not give a referral for hearing aids. Instead, a patient 'self-refers'.
Sounds great, but....
The patient can only self-refer to a company called Scrivens, whose nearest branch is in Tadley.
If you wanted to pop into Fleet and go to Specsavers or Boots or somewhere local, you can't.
This may be more convenient for the GPs, but it is very inconvenient for the patient.
It is not until you have spent hours on the phone and searching Whitewater Health's website that you find this out!
Not impressed at all with this "new improved service".
