Absolutely awful place to try and find.
Was there today for an appointment and every single building in the vicinity (which is quite large) is called Hartfields. Therefore, trying to find the medical practice is near on impossible off the postcode.
I have filmed a video for those, who like me, will get lost trying to find their way here.
Side of the park - black railings. Scopes round in a loop. At the rear of ALL the buildings in the area.

So very badly signposted. We were 10 mins late for an appointment because we got lost and we ended up having our appointment cancelled. Couldn't get through on the phone for supportive directions. One truly terrible experience.

I had a phone appointment with Dr Trivedi. What a waste of time. He ignored what I said about previous visits with doctors and now I am at square one again, months of wasted tests and treatments because this doctor couldn't be bothered to look at my notes and wants to start again. He had an aggressive tone and did not speak with respect. He was not very knowledgeable. I am concerned about his professional standard and medical ability. Avoid this man like the plague.

Nigh on impossible to get through on the phone to the medical centre. Takes several calls being on hold. After 3 calls and over 30 minutes on hold i was 3 answered only to be told there are no emergency appointments (which I didn't require) and no pre-bookable appointments.

What's the point in being registered at this surgery?

4 times rang up over last couple of years and no appointments left. Walked in today with tonsillitis, asked if doctor could have a quick look and write a prescription being as there was no one in the waiting area and was told to make an appointment for next week. Terrible service and am looking for recommendations for a different surgery.

a year down the line and they are worse than before . failed to address numerous complaints. Ive now contacted the ombudsmen . After being without consultant prescribed medical equipment for months on end!!!

repeat prescription are cancelled. appointments are impossible to make.
medications stopped without consultants approvals.
I'm afraid you'd be dead before you got to see a doctor here!

Really really disappointed in the service from Hartfields, been a patient since it was opened. Was easy to get an appointment and see someone. Now i find i phone at least 300 times to get an appointment and then sit on hold for over 20 mins just to talk to someone, then the general outcome is there are no appointments left. Its so frustrating especially since i know how the service used to be.

Shocking place service. Latest is I tried to book a phone consultation, which I arranged. Got a message to say that they would ring between 8am and 6pm, that was as specific as it got. They phoned when I was on a call at work so couldn’t answer. They didn’t try again later, and gave no indication as to whether I need to rearrange myself or if they will try again. Seems they expect you to take a day off work just to wait for their call.

Will be changing practices as this is the latest of a few frustrations with the place.

This is only a one star review as I can’t give zero.

I work in a school so it is not always convenient to phone in the morning for an appointment and I only need medication reviews. They won't issue an advanced appointment and I was advised to make an online appointment. But you can't make those either surely there is a way of making non urgent appointments!!!!!!
