My brother was moved here from his previous care home and the expression chalk and cheese come to mind.

We no longer worry about him (or his safety), he is very settled here and takes a full part in the activities. At Hartley Park he is never in his room, at his previous home he never left his room.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, they also seem to know all their residents. The level of care is exceptional. I am so relieved that my brother is now being well looked after, is settled and comfortable in his surroundings.

The best Care home I have come across. Everything is sculptured towards the needs of the clients as individuals.
So clean and bright with modern individual en suite rooms to personalise for your loved ones with their treasured possessions & mementos to make them feel at home.
Lots of activities to stimulate the mind and body.
A variety of good nutritious food and plenty of it.
Staff always have a lovely smile and greeting which shows they are happy caring individuals.
A great thank you to all the staff and the owners who definitely have achieved what a great majority of the homes haven’t. Care, Respect and Dignity for their vulnerable clients.

The best care home you could find for alzhimers care. Staff are more like extended family. Nothing too much effort. Environment is more like a hotel than what passes these days as care homes.

Sandra and Rose daughters of Sylvia Smerdon ,our Mum, sadly Mum only spent 5 months and 5 days at Hartley Park, but when searching for a home for her it was a absolute nightmare until we found this one, there is no home better than this one or in fact equal to this , its like a five star hotel, great staff great food and spotlessly clean which our Mum mentioned a few times even though she had severe Alzheimer's/Dementia, Staff are worth their weight in gold, don't think we need to say anymore, just a huge Thank You to all.
