So I visited Greyholme Dental Suite today for a hygienist appointment. I was very nervous as haven’t been to the dentist for a fair few years. Jo was so very kind, warm, patient and created a very calm environment which helped with my nerves. She spoke through everything she was doing and explained everything she did. Emma the receptionist has been amazing with working with me to fit my appointment into my busy schedule and keeping me informed when a cancelled appointment came available. Emma also gave a lovely warm welcome at reception. If you are nervous when it comes to dentists I would definitely recommend Greyholme and have booked to go back myself for a dentist check 🙂

Greyholme advertise pain free dentistry, and boy do they deliver! As an nervous patient , having spent many years as a child visiting the Dental hospital in London, I now find myself nodding off to sleep in the chair! Visiting Greyholme is always a treat, from the amazing welcome given by the reception staff, to the warmth and professionalism shown by everyone.
It’s like being part of a big happy family.
This is all led by Warren , whose skill at dealing with my ever troublesome teeth , is amazing .
Visiting the Dentist is no longer a chore, but a pleasure!

As someone who is petrified of the dentists, I cannot recommend and praise the team more. I had a double appointment and was greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Gail my hygienist was great and talked me through each step. Warren then did my check-up and once again made sure I knew what he was doing and spoke me through each stage making sure I was comfortable throughout. It definitely is the home of pain free dentistry! All of the team were super friendly and made the whole experience less terrifying, so Thankyou!

My wife and I have been patients of Greyholme for over 25 years. Throughout this time we have found Warren, Jo and the team to be not only thoroughly professional but also very welcoming. Even prior to the Covid outbreak, the surgery has always offered an extremely safe and friendly environment to visit. A great feature of Warren & Jo is that they thoroughly explain all procedures which helps put patients at ease. We would have no hesitation in nominating Greyholme as a dental surgery of choice for adults and children alike.

I rarely give reviews on anything, but must comment on the quality of the treatment I have received. Nobody can say that a visit to the dentist is pleasurable, but my appointments at Greyholme Dental have easily been the least unpleasant I have experienced. I thought pain free dentistry was impossible, but Warren & the team have proved me wrong. I can't praise them highly enough.

Great team and so welcoming. I hadn't been to the dentist for many years and was very nervous and worried and right from the offset Emma was very supportive and got me booked in and was very reassuring. Warren end the whole team I met were great and looked after me and I look forward to seeing results soon.
