We have recently joined this Practice as we are new to the area. I can’t speak highly enough of the care, attention and courtesy experienced every time we’ve made contact. Nothing is too much trouble, referrals have been delivered quickly and any transfer challenges have been overcome with a smile. I think this is rare these days

Been failed by 3 surgery’s in Southport.
Had entirely lost hope in GP’s.

Thank you so much for such outstanding service, continuity and restoring lost faith.

I finally feel my well-being is being managed appropriately and I am valued as an individual.

Despite the constant doom and gloom in the news I've never had an issue getting an appointment for myself or my family here. Staff have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and polite.

I have been with Christiana Hartley practice, for years.

All communication, face to face, telephone consultations, etc have ALL been professionally, efficient and friendly.

The reception staff are extremely efficient and friendly.
ALL my medication, treatments and appointments have ALL been spot on. I could not wish for more.

Maybe, some patients think the staff are magical and expect them to grant THREE wishes.

Rude, insensitive, unhelpful, passive aggressive receptionist. I was told they were willing to let me have a fatal episode before allowing me to speak to a doctor. I didn’t even need a face-to-face visit. Just a prescription. This GP surgery is negligent and not fit for purpose.

Very rude and disrespectful receptionists, talk over you and don't listen!!! they think they are doctors
to them you are just a number and they do not care

I would not recommend. I have always had a positive experience, and no issues, but out of the blue I have been deregistered as a patient, which has left me with no medication, and uncertainty around follow ups I had booked, and referrals that had been made to specialists. It has also meant I cant book an appointment with anyone, which I feel I currently need. I feel shocked as they didnt tell me i wasnt a patient, it was only when i contacted them i found out, and i am now left with no GP, which I didn't even think was possible. I get my repeat prescriptions from my gp, and was waiting on my new medication being prescribed by them any day now, which is what I was due to contact them about today. I am not long out of hospital (4 days ago), and not well, so it couldn't have come at a worse time. I thought they'd offer additional support at this time, not discharge me. I have tried all morning to get through to them to enquire about this, with no luck! I've spent hours on hold so far, and when I did get through the receptionist put the phone down, or sometimes it wouof cut off when you got near the front of the queue.

UPDATE: I managed to get through and was told management would call me today. I got no call. By 4pm I called back and was told they were too busy, and to write to them with my concerns. I habe sent an email, but not had any response.

Update: I got through to a receptionist today, who was horrible, and made negative comments about mental heakth, telling me I was seriously unwell and needed help (I suffer with mental illness), and was very derogatory.
