Have been registered at this surgery for my whole 26 years, as of probably the last year I have found the reception staff very unhelpful and sometimes dismissive. I typically call to get my appointments and have been rushed off the phone without much assistance and have on numerous occasions had the phone put down before I can even get another word in. I have also been told the wrong thing in order to get a prescription which the nurse has told me contradictory information, which leads me to believe the reception staff have quite significant lack in training or care in providing the correct information. Overall it makes the whole experience of seeking medical help unappealing.

I have been with the Robins Surgery for a very long time. Dr Choudhry is the perfect mix of empathetic and attententive to my needs and the needs of my children. Charlie on reception has gone above and beyond today. Reception is not just sitting behind a desk answering the phone. I appreciate all the effort that was put in to helping me and my son today. Thank you. It's very much appreciated and never taken for granted.

Receptionists we're very polite and friendly. After doing an e consultation, the receptionist rang me within minutes and said I would need to see a doctor. I saw Dr Choudry, he was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Very genuine nice lady's from call handlers very helpful will do there upmost to help you, this goes to all the girls that work at Robins surgery.

The reception team took 2 WEEKS for an URGENT referral to be made, I took myself to hospital instead. Now I'm trying for extention on my sick note (email responce says should hear by 17th, today), no one is answering the phones, waiting 20 mins.

We arrived promptly.
We waited about 10 mins before being seen.
The nurse was very nice.
My husband had his jab first, then the nurse took his BP.
Checked his previous blood test.
Then I had flu jab. All ok thank you 😊

I want to thank Dr Solanke, Dr Choudhury and the receptionists at the robins surgery for being so helpful. Although appointments sometimes take a while to become available, the staff are quick to help with any issues I may have and the doctors are patient and succinct in their work.
