We had the most pleasant experience at Hartley Clinic where all the staff were super friendly and helpful. My son has autism and it was his first dentist check up, and all the clinic staff really accommodated him, making it a positive experience for him. I highly recommend Hartley Clinic.

I had a Hydrafacial with Natalia, and it was incredibly relaxing. She guided me through each step, ensuring I felt comfortable the entire time. Her expertise was evident, especially when she showed me the dead skin she had removed—I was shocked! After the Hydrafacial, my skin looked fresh and shiny, and I could see immediate results from the hydration. She also provided a thorough aftercare routine and recommended products tailored to my skin's needs. Natalia is truly professional and knowledgeable in her field. Excellent service,friendly staff and in the surgery a tv with a pleasant picture and playing relaxing music,which made you feel most relaxed,so all in all a most pleasant experience,the best dental service I have ever experienced and at 79,have been to quite a few,thank you.

What a great little dentist! As you walk in the reception area is very well presented, clean and tidy. Katy (dentist) her assistant and the receptionist were all so lovely and well mannered. I haven’t been to the dentist in some time and so was quite apprehensive going back. All three lady’s were so accommodating and caring making me forget why I was worried about the dentist. Would highly recommend going here!

Money talks with this surgery, as an nhs patient I turned up for my appointment to be told I had to come back another day due to them not arranging my antibiotics before my treatment, not from the area so had a wasted journey, to then be told not to come back as I complained about them not contacting me to let me know. Very rude receptionist! Made a comment to me as I left that I had to ignore. Very poor customer service. My dentist Mr Mohammadi did not care that he didn’t inform me of the strps he wanted me to take, left with my mental health in the worst state it’s been for years. If you’re an NHS patient be prepared to be treated like absolute crap by the staff! Taking this further!
