My faith has been restored in going to the dentist now. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10yrs but registered at mydentist as needed fillings. They are so kind, reassuring, and patient. Had 2 fillings today, and it went great. Despite tears of anxiety, my mind was put at ease. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this practice, esp if you are nervous !

My teenager and I went for our first appointments today with Shivani and Jenna. I cannot begin to give enough praise!!! Whilst nobody particularly enjoys going to the dentist my teenagers situation was a little more complex in going and also knowing there were issues that would need to be treated that have affected his confidence with his teeth for a while, his anxiety was beyond! However, these lovely ladies were so calm, relaxed and didn't rush him or push him. Jenna made the time to make a connection with him through his BoJack t shirt, putting him at ease and giving a distraction. Shivani explained everything she was doing and then gave different options for moving forward for treatment allowing him to have some control and autonomy.
Looking over at my teen seeing him fill with tears of relief (literally!) Gave me such a wonderful feeling as the Mom!! 💜
These wonderful ladies made him (us) feel very safe and taken care of. All our future appointments are booked with them both. What an absolute credit to the practice and their profession! 💜💜💜 A 5 star review isn't nearly enough!

My partner had a cleaning by a hygienist booked today. They were 20 minutes late, and when we entered neither the hygienist nor the assistant talked to us.
They were silent, eventually asking "What are you having done today?". Surely they should have already known?
They proceeded to not mention anything about the procedure, immediately messing with the chair and tools without talking to their patient and suddenly starting without any warning. They roughly handled my partner's mouth, without any talking. The assistant did a poor job with the suction, letting blood build up in my partner's throat causing her to choke. The hygienist then berated my partner verbally, acting very rude and creepy, calling her "my lovely" the few times he asked to open her mouth more.
My partner was in a lot of pain, and then when it was over they didn't even say it had finished and we had to ask to leave. The hygienists' name was "Mohammed" so do not go for any cleaning at this particular myDentist if he will be involved with your treatment.
Avoid if you can.

My wife went today for an emergency appointment she only registered yesterday. The dentist she saw seemed very competent and friendly as was the assistant. Will get pics and post more on the next appointment l. So far very happy with how fast I was seen and the service I got

With all the stress I go through to get an appointment date, I have had 2 appointments cancelled for various reasons by the dentist and with the doctor being aware of the situation with my tooth.
Honestly, it is not just acceptable.

My daughter was really nervous and anxious when she had to have a filling done. Becky , the dental nurse was brilliant with her and really helped put her at ease and calmed her down. It really made a difference.

I had wanted a straighter smile for a long time. At my senior age I was unsure if it was possible. However, I spoke to Lydia at 'My dentist'. She talked through my options and we agreed on 6 front upper composite veneers.
After preparation with impressions and a course of whitening treatment to ensure a good colour match. Lydia completed my treatment and persevered until I was totally happy.
I am delighted with my new smile.
