I have nothing but praise for the staff I have met, service and for facilities on offer. Having been at and left in desperation two GP practices elsewhere in town everyone registered here should think themselves very lucky! Always someone to answer the phone and you get a good 15 minutes with senior nurse practitioners who know their stuff or will find out or get a Dr if need be. Admin staff all helpful and pleasant and rarely more than a couple of people in waiting room. Free car parking and pharmacist on site as well.

Doctors in here have poor level of care. It’s got to the point now were I’d rather just suffer than ring them. Both can be rude and they do not listen. Speaking to them makes me depressed. Knowing they won’t treat me or get me the help when needed. Honestly what’s the point in them at all.

Receptionist’s in here have a serious attitude problem. They like to hang around on the phone chewing your ear off for ages just because they like an argument and want to take their bad day out on someone else. One called Laura has been the worst to deal with to date. People like this should be working alone. Not dealing with patients with mental health struggles and other medical issues causing them more harm to their health.

I moved up here from Birmingham about 8 weeks ago and registered with The headland Surgery.
I can honestly say that the treatment I have received has been second to none. Nothing is too much bother.
From brilliant doctors, superb nurses to friendly and helpful receptionists.
I am so impressed. It's comforting to know that you are being looked after.
I also like that you can see a doctor on the day you are ill - not have to wait to 2 weeks for an appointment or battle through moody receptionists!!
It's so refreshing to have found a surgery that accommodates the patients needs in every way.
Well done The Headland Surgery and thankyou.x

Love the no appointment system, Used to have a similar system back in birmingham, no appointments in the morning appointments in the afternoon for the workers.
Your seen the day your ill, not a week or 2 later.
Never had to wait long, nurses and doctors and all reception staff are lovely people and not nosy like so many think they have a right to be like asking why you want a doctor, they take your name, you take a seat.

Ever since covid you can't get an appointment to talk to anyone about concerns staff are blunt and rude as so are the doctors and seem they can't wait to get off the phone. Really disappointed with the service they offer especially for those who really need the help.

Covid, it's just about Covid. Automatic announcement...just Covid. Covid everywhere...that's the excuse for everything. Worst GP I've ever been with. " 2 GP's , the female one is permanently interrupting your sentence, very rude. Paying NI tax and they think 2 minutes on the phone is okay? It's not okay, I can tell you that. That's me done with GP's......

Visited the medical center for micro surgery on my toe, first surgery I've ever had and was in and out in less than 15 minutes, staff are friendly and very helpful (I was terrified before going in)
Within minutes I spoke to the nurse and was assured I would be fine and she was right,
Thankful for our NHS and all their staff ❤️🙌
