This place is an absolute joke I'm suffering big time with my mental health and i have been having suicidal thoughts. To be fair the last doctor I saw was great and I had felt better since seeing her because she changed my dosage. The last 3 months I have been phoning up to get my prescription with no issue then all of a sudden I phone up like the doctor told me to and this person was telling me I can't do it I tried explaining but just he wouldn't listen the fella was rude. The receptionists are the same they have zero understanding and one of them is so rude seriously she should not be doing the job. When I said I wanted to talk to Mr Feldman they said no he is never here. Honestly the place is a joke not so much the doctors but reception and someone called Michael

this is the worst suggery I've ever had in my life. I called at 9am and I couldn't book a sake day appointment. I asked to book for any other day available to see a doctor even if it's weeks or months ahead and they said that the admin hasn't put any appointment that they could book for anyone at the moment. I asked for when I could call to book and they said it would be in the coming days . They advised I should go to out of hours GP which takes about 4 hours to be seen.

I have just taken my 15y/o daughter to have her first blood test at this surgery. The phlebotomist that see us was so rude, she had no empathy towards my scared daughter at all.Disgraceful behaviour, made a scary experience 100 times worse. She was very rough with my daughter, therefore frightening her even more.If she didn’t want to be there on a Saturday afternoon so she choose a different career, ideally not working with people especially young scared adults.Appalling behaviour.

The Receptionist doesn’t take mental health seriously, how can they decide if it’s important or not . I was refused multiple times at 8:00 am to get an appointment to get my prescription since they think it’s not an urgent matter. Why is it so hard to get a 3min appointment just to get my prescription. I am in pain mentally and physically. Petersfield surgery just wants to pass time and don’t really care about there patients.the doctor doesn’t have 3min for you. That’s fantastic . The problem is the receptionist thinks she’s a doctor, she decides if our problem is serious or not . This is stupid .

Called 111 and got an appointment on a Sunday morning... The Doctor was very good, thorough, friendly and polite. The receptionist was also very friendly, helpful and polite. This is a very clean surgery with plenty of seating and toilets. Parking in the road outside

Some of the receptionist are very rude, they behave like they’re doctors. They pick and choose who to give the appointments to and half the time they are strolling around af they own the place with no care for the patients/customers.They need training

The lady on the phone is very rude. Asked for an urgent appointment to get my medication because I have disorder and I’m loosing my mind and she said that it’s not an urgent matter that she can’t give an appointment. I guess mental health is not an important matter at petersfield surgery . I’ve been trying to get a appointment for days now but they won’t take mental health seriously 😔
