I cannot fault the management and staff at this care home, they are a dedicated team that work tirelessly to provide excellent care and person centred support for each individual resident. Fabulous home cooked food, entertainment and activities provided daily and always on hand to bring comfort to residents and relatives alike. From my experience, I would most definitely recommend RCH if you are looking for a caring and dedicated home to look after your loved one.

Awful care home that does not adequately meet needs of residents. Disinterested staff who disregard any care plans in place mean residents are at risk of serious injury as experienced by my father.

If you care for a loved one, do not send them here.

I started now as a team and the managers and his team working really hard to build a dedicated team of passionate staff and caring residence.The culture is extremely positive and we all feel supported to fulfil our roles. My wife has been a resident here for two years, and I visit five or six times a week, normally for fours hours, and my observation and interaction clearly demonstrate that this care home is ideal for my wife, the daily structure and routines are not tedious and boring, activities every day and special events very frequently, dementia cafe monthly, out side singers, we have even had a roulette afternoon and horse racing event.
Food is plenty full, and varied.
Very high standard of hygiene and personal care, a great degree of patience being shown, and support and encouragement. The home in general is spotlessly clan and very well maintained as are the gardens, one gets the feeling of a big family connection, the staff are very caring for the resident and the family.the activities staff work tirelessly to engage with residents, providing numerous activites and room visit, even nail varninshing and weekly hairdressers, , very contented here more importantly so is my wife.

My husband spent three years in this excellent care home until his death on 2nd March this year. He was always given the best care with patience & dignity. I would have no hesitation in recommending RCH. Everyone is so caring.

Very good team , kind and very supportive. At RCC you can find full suport for your loved once living with dementia, to have a good quality of life. Family members and friends are always welcome to joy the activities and to be part of RCC family .
