For a long time I have lived at the manor and not knowing of this doctors I have had my first appointment today I’m disabled and I have along list of problems I’m a big problem lol but the doctor who has seen me today has helped me so much and I’m confident that my recovery will be go smoothly left feeling better and that is worth just as much as the medication and services that are now working with me can not explain enough

I was with this doctors surgery called MacKenzie in Hartlepool off Wynyard Road i was put there by NHS England for 16 months because i told my old doctors i couldn't understand a doctor at North Tees Hospital Stockton when I told my GP surgery they reported me to NHS England they tuck the words of the doctors from two girls a right Pig and a Cow that just lied to stop one of them losing there job i even got reported to the police for saying i could not understand the doctor at the hospital and i was charged for being racist just from my ex doctors i was with for 36 years Lawson street Stockton if i ever don't agree with a doctor again I am just going say yes to everything they say i have got no faith in them anymore i lived about 7.6 miles from this doctors and could not put a foot inside a UK GP practice the only one I could see if I need to but if serious go to the Hospital or call 101 for 16 months it was a nightmare trying to get through on the phone at the other end don't get me wrong when i did get though the staff where nice on the phone with me thank you girls for your help there even though it was just on the phone forgive my spelling.

has to be the worst doctors surgery. I thought doctors were supposed to help make patients better and give them the medication they need. This surgery is impossible to get in touch with , I'm talking 500+ attempted calls and most of the time it just rings off the hook. They messed up and didn't give me enough medication but no one would help rectify the situation and give me what I had paid for. I was given 2 weeks worth of medication and told i couldn't order any more for another 8 weeks. I've had to move doctors to get the correct help

Reception staff don't answer the phone because their to busy talking about patients in a negative manner. You get treated less than human if your overweight, laughed at straight in your face about your struggles with mental health and they're are constantly running half an hour late because they reduce their patients to tears.

Absolutely diabolical!! Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Have been ringing up since 7.50 to try and get an appointment and no answer at all. I have got through once and someone put the phone down on me!! The doctor is amazing which is why I'm putting 3 stars but the reception staff need to up there game

Waited 40 minutes 3 times to be cut off at 1st in the queue, worst doctors available, no support no appointments no care for anyone, absolute waste of time and effort, staff are unhelpful and tell you to call back or go away
