Always have been treated very well over the years, by receptionists and doctors especially the past year in which i’ve had a few problems that are ongoing. My husband who used to be reluctant to go to see a doctor will now go if he has any concerns about his own health. Can’t fault treatment we have received. We have been patients at the St.Paul’s Road practice and now Islington Central and are very happy to continue.

Receptionist are friendly, and very helpful in arranging doctor’s appointments.
Nurses are available even after hours and at the weekend for routine duties , like changing dressing, and attending to minor problems.
The medical care received by me and my husband is exceptionally diligent, caring and courteous.

Brilliant staff on reception. I really must say that all the ladies I have talked to really make an effort to help find me and appointment in a clearly busy clinic. This surgery is a Good medical centre. I'm delighted I had a a good experience with my Dr Trivedi today who was undoubtedly professional and treated with utmost care and patience Manner.

Also I'd like to commend " Well done to Geraldine for your impeccable professionalism and listening skills " and I'm assuming correctly she IS best at her job and it shows how well trained she is to interact with visiting patients.

I would definitely give her a role model status in customer service for other reception staff If I were in charge as day to day Duty Manger at this surgery.

Other reception staff really appreciate too and were really good at giving some quality service in terms of making and enquiring appointments in my opinion and even got back to me in a timely manner when I really needed it urgently.

By far most doctors in this surgery are indeed good and fair and professional.

E consults are always followed up, often on the same day as they are submitted, and I’ve always found the Doctors in the surgery to be thorough and compassionate. The receptionist staff are also thorough and very helpful.

Dr Hai has always gone above and beyond for myself and my family. The care we received when my dad became sick and was in the end stages of life was amazing and the care and support for us all afterwards has been exceptional. He told me once that he believes every doctor should treat a patient the same way they would treat their mother, and he most definitely does treat you with that same level of care and respect. Dr Hai is a credit to the NHS and an absolutely fantastic doctor!
