Paid up front in cash for a full body course of 12 sessions and the place closed after 4 treatments. I was told that it was being taken over and it wouldn’t have any impact on my treatments.
Turned up to the next appointment when it had been taken over and they refused to treat me and said there was nothing at all they could do. So I didn’t get my lasted and I lost £1000. Can’t contact anyone by email or via phone. So upset, I can’t whip that money up out of no where. It was something I’d worked to save towards for a long time.

I’ve been having laser at this clinic for about 6 months now and have had the best experience so far. All of the staff that work there are so friendly and make you feel you at ease throughout the whole process. Jennett has been carrying out my laser sessions and is the most loveliest person I have met. She always makes sure I am comfortable throughout the whole process and talks me through every procedure before she carries it out. I have had 5 laser sessions so far and have seen a significant decrease in my hair growth, would definitely recommend this clinic.

Initially linked with SkinHQ who apparently took payments for services and ran off. I had started my treatment at the solihull branch by then and was told by Solihull staff that as my treatment was ongoing I wouldn’t be affected and can continue; they only wouldn’t take new skinHQ clients.

Almost a month ago I turned up for my appointment and the lady at reception said I haven’t made my payments so couldn’t get the treatment. When I explained to her that my payment was made she then said I need to ask bank for refund. I have now asked them to send me an email confirming this and apparently the owner is on holiday and that’s what they’ve been telling me for a month!

Terrible service, not answering phone, staff can’t send email confirming appointment cancellation or as evidence to provide to banks

I was very nervous to try out laser hair removal, heard alot about it but never had the courage to try it out. I was very impressed with the welcoming professional design and style of the reception area at Skin@Solihull. The staff were lovely, especially Jennett who made me feel so at ease and didn't mind taking the time to explain the treatments to me in detail. I would definitely recommend Skin@Solihull, and a special thank you to Jennett for your time and patience....you are wonderful!

The service I received was superb. Staff were polite and professional, took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Time was taken to double-check details, efficiently and unrushed. Procedures are taken care off by professionals who care about great results and the comfort of their customers. All in all, a great clinic offering excellent treatments at very good prices. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

I’ve been going to Skin HQ for the past year and was treated at solihull 3 times, it was generally quite a frosty atmosphere, Birmingham is much friendlier. I have just rang the Solihull branch to book an appointment to be told to ring back in an hour they are busy - why even picking up the phone? For the attention of the owner who replied to this review before, if you’re really that bothered then I can send the proof of time I called you - maybe this is the reason it’s the easiest branch to get booked in to as no one likes to get branded with a ‘fake review’ when giving truthful ones! I have recently started laser hair removal at this branch with Jennett - my clinician who has been amazing through out in providing a customer centred service. Always have felt comfortable and listened to. I am early in my laser treatment journey but I am seeing some results - thanks Jennett!!
