I first started using the Karmic essences in order to target chronic issues. Then other essences by Shimara Kumara, such as Inner Child essences and the Rainbow Body. In general, this shop has reliable shipping to Europe. My local post office is not that great, so as long as I choose tracked shipping (which is a "must"), I always end up picking my shipment up from the post office instead of getting it delivered. I highly appreciate the customer service and the beautiful advice that I get from the staff.

I use these essences alongside my Bach flower kit, which I got from Healing Herbs. In my opinion, they work beautifully well together.
