Note to all those disabled people that are in a wheelchair-"DO NOT GO THERE!!" they have a lift but once you get there you get asked "if you are able to walk downstairs if there was a fire in the building " obviously if you're in a wheelchair 9/10 are going to say NO but this means they have to rebook your appointment elsewhere and then they forget to tell the next place that you're in a wheelchair and they expect you to walk upstairs for their appointment if you end up at chelmsford lol !! flipping ridiculous! Have been here before a few times theres disabled entrances and toilets and free drinking water if you're stuck there waiting...

Very modern offices with secure concierge entry. Private medicine practise for medical/drug trials n research. I see how they pay the rent...they don't pay for the patients time or travel. Come n work for free...no thanks.

Wait to long. Wast of time. And you have to be dieing or crawl in on your knees .just had u/c assessment. Lol scored 0 . Both hips replaced one passed it's sell by date. Knees are nackerd can't walk far. Arthritis. ? What are thay thinking. ? U/C is a glorious benefits cut .

The staff are great, however I did have to wait for an hour past my appointment time which wasn't great especially as I'd arrived over half hour early. Parkings a pickle & you need to go in a lift to get to the centre.

Was insulted and humiliated and caused my ptsd and anxiety to worsen. Now I will complain. How can I be treated like this. First assessment I had was a lovely lady who was so caring and kind to me but this time the lady was so rude and treated me so bad.

Minimal street parking, lift available but can only use stairs in an emergency so need to be mobile enough or they will reschedule your appointment.

Waited 3 hours after my appointment time . People suffering litterally in tears on the floor just left to wait . No food or drink allowed . But youre expected to wait for hours
