I was given an emergency appointment due to a tooth fracture within 48 hours.
The reception staff were lovely and so helpful. I was very grateful as received such kind and excellent care from Dentist
( Ibrahim) & dental Nurse who were able to treat me during the appointment- I had expected to have another appointment- brilliant care and tooth is great now.

Reception staff needs more training on how to provide service with a smile. They were terse, unhelpful and looked like we were disturbing them when asked a question.
Website needs their dental fees updating. What we paid was more than what the website was showing. With the price this practice is charging they surely can afford that!

I just wanted to share what positive experiences I have with this dental practice. Yesterday I visited Ewelina (Hygienist) for a clean up, I was so impressed! Obviously, not my favorite thing to have done, but she was excellent and made the experience stress free. Super knowledgably and gave me some great advice for caring for my teeth and gums. I would highly recommend her.

Also, all of the dentists that I have seen here have been excellent. A special shout out to Ibrahim, who is was amazing with my teenage daughter last week, who needed some extractions. He is so calm and reassuring - thank you!

Reception staff are friendly and helpful and I'm liking the new online system for bookings etc.

My family and I are treated by Dr Zahra Shafi. She is always very professional and friendly and it’s puts my children (and I!) at ease. The dental nurses are great too!
