Had very good consultations on 7th Feb 2025 and two more in Jan. They were all excellent .Details discussed very professionally examinations carried out sensitively and appropriate management discussed. Nursing staff taking the blood and carrying out annual diabetic assessment must be commended.Front desk and reception staff and others answering telephone queries as always were very accommodating and friendly
.All in all a great service.Many thanks to everyone

I've been with the practice for a couple of years now having recently moved to Henley. The reception staff are really outstanding - they gave me a warm welcome to the surgery and to Henley and they are always friendly and efficient to talk to on the phone. The Doctors are extremely professional and you have the sense that they genuinely care. I would say the practice is the best I've attended over the years.

We have been with the Henley practice for almost ten years and the service and staff are fantastic. Appointments are readily available and almost always on the same day when we have really needed it. This is definitely the best surgery we have ever been registered with.

My wife called Henley medical centre to see if an emergency appointment was available as my oxygen levels were dropping, due to a serious chest infection, within an hour, I had been to the surgery, seen the doctor, clollected a prescription from Henley Pharmacy and was back at home with very strong anti biotics! There is nothing more to say. Exceptional service from start to finish.Thank you.,

Moved to henley after not so great service from trinity court and claverdon. They have been kind and efficient and I would recommend them. I have always managed to get what I need, either through phone or an online consultation and the GPs and nurses have been helpful and polite. The reception staff are also pleasant and friendly and quick to answer the telephones

Appalling service and communication. A patient I care for recently phoned the practise asked for a doctor to telephone her back as she was too ill to travel. The doctor never called back. A few days later the patient collapsed on her bathroom floor and was rushed into hospital in a life threatening condition.

She phoned the medical centre again today asking for advice on a regular prescription which is no longer available. The receptionist assured her that a doctor would phone her back today. Again the call was not returned.
