Just called and told they don't have TIME to support my request as there are too many people in the Queue. Everytime I call it takes a number of days to get through and I never complain, no I dont want brownie points. They either have no staff, someones off sick, systems down. I just wait until I get through to see someone. Half the time not even a doctor. These people have no consideration of mental health conditions and the stress it puts people under. Being understanding never gets you very far in this life I tell you. I have been trying to get through since last week. Finally do, call back later. It takes 5 mins to complete what I requested. So disappointing and upsetting actually.

They've been so helpful over the years I've been going to them! Last year I had a terrible toothache and they fitted me in straight away. Their service and care is amazing! This year I've had extra perks for no extra money, I hope they have a lovely new year, they've been so helpful!

I’m new to this practice and have found them to be much more helpful and caring than my previous GP. There’s a bit of a wait for non-urgent appointments which is understandable, the receptionists provide clear instructions for urgent appointments. No complaints so far!

This doctors surgery is an absolute disgrace!
My wife and I took our sick 4 year old son who won’t eat or drink anything as he has hand foot and mouth and wanted him to be checked over by a doctor. We were given an appointment at 6:30pm and an hour later were told me still had 3 people in front of us. We had people come in after us and still go in before us. The receptionist was even calling people who had later appointments and was asking them to come in early for their appointment and they were even going in before us! Where is the logic in that! My son was become so inconsolable that we had to cancel our appointment and take him home to bed without being seen by a doctor. We will now have to try taking him to the hospital if he continues to not eat or drink. The staff at Nuffield house should be ashamed of themselves and take a good hard look at how they operate a doctors surgery because currently I wouldn’t trust them to organise my sock draw!!!

How can this surgery have only 2 stars!!! I had to move doctors after multiple attempts of trying to be listened to and transfer to Nuffield and they have been amazing! The nurse and doctor I encountered listened, we worked together on a solution and they provided options and it's working! I have nothing but praise for this surgery and staff. I am confident that as a family, we can come here whenever we have any health concerns...as it should be.

I was there 28th Feb, just me in waiting room when this gentleman came in and his attitude to receptionist was shocking,and he was huffing and puffin I said to him how dare you speak to her like that,did you get out the wrong side of the bed,these staff should not be treated like this.i and my family have been going there since i came to town 1968 I have my times where your not happy with something but never been rude to the staff,they do a great job and so do the drs,nurses and other staff,so I'm.saying if your not in a good mood don't take it out on the staff,be polite and think how hard their job is.

I had a urgent weekend face to face appointment here which is not our regular doctors. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and was attended to by a sympathetic and lovely doctor, overhaul a delightful experience and necessary medication was prescribed. Note parking on site purely for blue badge holders, 1 hour parking bays very close by, longer parking still reasonably close too.
