it used to be a good surgury but it's gone from bad to worse merging with Addison House,we was not consulted and I'm sure if we was we would of all rejected it you can't even speak to amy one here now,stupid answer machine in place ,if you join this surgury get ready to go to A N E , to it's lack of care and Empathy .You are so missed Dr Ipachki but a heads up you was leaving would of been good.A Drs Surgury with no Drin it,We went from a family run business 4000 patients to merging with Addison house and Half of Harlow ,and then being 22.000 patients hence now why you can't get seen and now can't even speak to any one because of thar annoying ,stupid answer machine, I fear this will end badly and people will get really ill and when the hospitals are telling you not to go to A N E foe minor things you have no choice with this surgury 2 days my 3 year old Grandaughter we been trying to get through crying ill and not even returned a call,Shame on you Barbara Castle Drs ,a child! So it's a trip to A N E for 6 hours now due to your lack of care.

The worst doctors ever! It should be closed down.
I cannot stress the neglect to patients and the receptionists on a power trip who feel big behind the phone.

DOES THIS PLACE EVEN EXIST ? ....at the stage with this doctors where you cannot even speak to a human .....I've had some health issues lately and there is NO WAY of speaking to a human anymore .....I rung over and over more than once on many occasions just to be told no by a auto line !!!....spent hours to just try speak to a human....
.you might aswell ditch having a phone number altogether ....I need medical help bu t I have to ring 111 and bother them because this practice has a 0% chance of speaking to a real person....I also have mental health so all this is very stressful to me .....it's bad enough when your ill without it being a war to even see a doctor for ......I PAY TAXES FOR THIS SERVICE ? .....absolutely fuming with this doctors and its not a 1 off thing this is everything I ring now there's no point .....shameful........POINTLESS DOCTORS IT MIGHT ASWELL BE SHUT DOWN !!....and I'm 33 what if this was an elderly person? ....its more stress to ring the doctors than to just go hospital which is wrong!.......CRIMINALS THATS WHAT THEY ARE !

Wouldn't even give it 1 star the service my partner received this morning was shocking. Would not recommend this surgery at all. Called for appointment had to wait two days to be seen goes in for appointment given to just be brushed off after 5 seconds waiting room empty yet wouldn't give my partner the time of day. Calling the surgery while my partner was in waiting room being 28 in the queue and receptionist not answer one call while partner was in waiting area. Sort you surgery out absolute joke!!!!!

This new automated appointment system is an absolute waste of time, you answer all the questions and then it just tells you the appointment is no longer available. I got stuck in a loop and it kept giving me the same response. You cannot talk to a human being, the surgery clearly don't want to see or talk to you as a patient! Technology has its uses but when it's badly implemented like this then it's beyond useless! Will have to consider changing GP if this new appointment booking system is not sorted!

Honestly the rudest receptionists you'll ever had to deal with often ending calls before finished. Doctors in the surgery have absolutely no clue what there on about, can only read test results from a screen. Seeing the main doctor is really hard as hes always on annual leave? Went here for 1 year straight all over one issue still not been solved they've given up.

Since the merge with Addison House this surgery has drastically gone down hill. There simply isn't any drs here anymore. If your lucky enough to get a call from a Dr they won't see you themselves they send you to hospital to see the GP. The receptionists are rude,aggressive and the most unprofessional I've ever encountered.

Have been at this surgery for over 20yrs. Dr Ipakchi is amazing. But now they have joined with Addison House Surgery I have twice asked for a call back from him and no call back. I cannot speak to the surgery directly phoned up in tears today they put me on another drs list. We were told we will still be able to see our Drs and have our drs call backs. I ended up in bits shambles.
