Really quick, very efficient and very friendly service from Stroke department and A & E. There was a doctor “Dr Anand” and Nurse “Nancy”Extremely impressed & delighted with their professionalism and customer service. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Very helpful nice manner. I have been to other hospitals but this makes a difference. Thank you for care and service you provided.

Endoscopy today. I was very anxious. I'd had one before in Bridgwater and it did not go well. The staff at the Endoscopy unit were amazing. They listened! Yes listened. They took their time. To the nurses and consultant. Thank you.

Lovely staff on the children's ward, spent two days here with our son and we got everything we needed. Could do with a canteen for hot food. Only an m&s to get food

Just come home , staff friendly food not bad better then brewers Faye in my opinion!
Only one complaint, please review your smoking policy for people who are fit enough to walk on there own !! Cause when your sat in bed all day there’s nothing worse as it’s all you think about .

Also I think the wards need some bored games for the older generation can’t be nice for them staring at blank walls all day

I recently visited Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton and was generally pleased with the care and service provided.

Facilities and Cleanliness:
The hospital itself is well-maintained and clean, with a modern feel in many areas. The wards, waiting rooms, and public areas were kept to a high standard of cleanliness, which was reassuring. Hand sanitising stations were available throughout, and hygiene protocols were strictly followed.

Staff and Care:
The medical staff at Musgrove Park Hospital were professional and caring. The doctors took the time to listen to concerns and explain treatment options clearly. The nursing staff were compassionate and attentive, ensuring patients were as comfortable as possible. However, during busy periods, it was clear that the staff were under pressure, and response times could be a bit slower. That being said, the overall quality of care was very high.

Technology and Services:
The hospital is well-equipped with modern medical technology, and diagnostic services were efficient. I was impressed by how quickly tests were conducted and results made available. This made the overall treatment process smoother and less stressful.

Administrative Process:
The administrative side of things was a bit slower than expected. Booking an appointment and the discharge process took longer than anticipated, with some paperwork delays. Streamlining these processes would enhance the overall experience and reduce patient waiting times.

Parking and Accessibility:
One common issue at Musgrove Park Hospital is parking. The car park is often full, and finding a space can be quite stressful, especially during peak hours. Additional parking or better management of parking spaces would greatly improve the hospital's accessibility.

Overall Experience:
Musgrove Park Hospital provides high-quality medical care with professional staff and modern facilities. While there are areas that could be improved, particularly in terms of administrative efficiency and parking, the hospital remains a trusted place for healthcare in Somerset.

My dentist’s referral was ignored because not on correct form. He wasn’t even notified. I sat around for 3 weeks waiting, called them and wheels started to move but oh so slowly. Took same referral to Bath RUH - they acknowledged the same day and I had an appointment within 4 weeks. Somebody needs to sort out the gatekeepers at Musgrove.

Really helpful and efficient service from Audiology appointment last week, couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and understanding. Appointment not rushed and worked like clockwork. Delightful staff including helpful receptionist!
