This is a brief review of straightforward customer service. The young girl who generally is on reception is EXCELLENT.
However there is an older lady(40-50?) who is obstructive and rude. She needs to move on. Many locals despise her. The imbecile revels in negativity and loves the line ‘I’m not medically trained’ …….even though we aren’t asking a medic question!
She’s a real let down at otherwise a good practice.

Unfortunatly I have had to use the doctors quite a bit over the last couple of years & I can honestly say they have always been fantastic. All the staff are friendly & helpful even when the place is packed out. They are a fabulous example of how good our NHS is.

Recently had to transfer to Harthill surgery as I've moved here from North Leeds.

The service is really poor, especially for people who work as there are no evening or weekend surgeries, but unfortunately in this village we don't have a choice of surgeries.

Cut my finger today with a stanley knife .very bad .blood pouring out couldnt stop it.i am not from harthill but working there i thought the doctor might b able to put some butterfly stitches in .the lady on the reception .said go to hospital .its not.the doctors job ..pity anyone aving a heart attack outside the surgery .very sad that they didnt want to help .
