Took my daughter for her chickenpox immunisation- so simple to schedule and so quick and gentle - she only noticed it after it happened! This is my third child I’ve had immunised and I only wish HM had been around for the first two. Thank you Lesley for being so kind with her. You know you have the model right when staff bring their own children here for treatment (declaration of interest- I practice out of, but have no financial interest in, HM).

Just an amazing, professional experience from beginning to end.

Been personally for blood works, cryochamber and had an emergency appointment booked for my little one after a fall at school, the team helped us to get an appointment within the hour, welcomed us in and got seen straight away, great calming environment to be welcomed into, even for little ones. 100% recommend for any medical, health or wellness services.

I am enjoying a course of the balance bed and it’s teaching and helping me to medication and help with better sleep.

I had a brilliant experience with the Harpenden medical centre, the staff were all so friendly and professional. I had some jabs done by Lesley and not only did she give great medical advice but also great advice for my travels. Will definitely be returning!
