I would highly recommend the orthotic service provided by Chris Eke at HPO - I think being assessed by a highly skilled osteopath rather than a podiatrist has been significantly better for me - the orthotics prescribed by Chris have been excellent, long-lasting, comfortable and far better than previous ones I had made through a podiatrist. They have made a great difference to my feet and whole body, and my general well-being. Chris's assessment was detailed and he took a lot care in getting things right for me. Such good service was really appreciated.

I visited to see Chris Eke through a friend’s recommendation. Expert holistic advice and hands on therapy left me feeling physically and mentally better. Extremely informative providing the knowledge and awareness to manage myself in the long term. Really friendly receptionist who managed the booking. Did not really feel like going to a typical sterile clinic, more a helpful place where you learn about what’s happened to you and how to best manage it. Excellent practice!

I have joint problems due to Rheumatoid arthritis and possible osteoarthritis so I've been seeing Alison for the past 6wks and so far the treatment has been fantastic! Acupuncture has been particularly great in providing some pain relief and Alison really knows her stuff. Super friendly and professional team, I highly recommend! (My partner had previously used Chris and recommended HPO, having found the treatment, for a running injury, helped him get back to running).

I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis for two years and after many attempts at resolving the condition decided to visit Chris at HPO.

He suggested and fitted me for orthotics. Wearing the orthotics all day every day and following Chris' guidance has been amazing. Very quickly I felt a difference and now I am almost pain free.

For the first time in several years I have been able to run, walk in the Lakes and I now regularly attending fitness classes at the gym.

I couldn't be more pleased and take this opportunity to thank him and the team at HPO for their support and I thoroughly recommend them for those suffering a similar condition. It has made such a difference to be able to be running again.
