Very bad signs! Make someone be walking back and forth with the wrong informations signs. Even bad when walking with elderly, in a rainy and cold weather, on the top of that,it will make someone late for an appointment!!!
Why, to have the same name, of the clinic in different buildings, and across the street ? What make not just me, but other people going back and forth across the street wondering , its here or there?

I went to physiotherapy 3 times with brocken ankle problems and I always felt so discriminated being no British . As soon as thy called me in some other patients were already there before me with 10- 15 minutes and my sessions never took longer than 10 minutes 😑 and by the time they had the quick check on me and send me back home without doing nothing to me or helping with exercises the other patients that come before me are still in having exercises...I had to book a privet physiotherapy just because they don't care about my problem ! Never again ! Shame nhs

Couldn't be more impressed by my first visit today. Convenient location, good parking & efficient and friendly staff in clean environment. Reception lady Amanda was kind and helpful & MSK specialist Gemma was professional, informative and supportive 👏 top notch!!

Came for a pelvis scan, the sonographer said he couldn't get a clear picture. I wasted half a day for nothing, now I have to go throught my GP to reebook at a different hospital.

Excellent neurologists and Dr sidhu, vivan infant all staff can't say a bad word about any of them are quick atrespinding and do the best they can to get your condition under control.

Very understanding and patient I coukdnt ask for anyone better to treat m complex epilepsy

Had my covid vaccine here last week. Very smooth operation of rolling out the vaccine. Queing outside to avoid close contact with other people. When inside man on the door handing out hand gel and clinical face masks. No fabric masks aloud to be worn. Check in at the desk, 1 person aloud up at a time. Then chairs socially distanced in the waiting area. Called up by number which is given to you as you check in. Done within a matter of minutes. Extremely easy and pleasant visit. Great work to everyone 👏

All staff throughout hospital are so kind always a friendly smile at reception.l like comming to this hosp.because its so immaculate cleanliness is so high a priority you can see this on first visit.only wish when l worked at chiltern hosp.theirs was as clean..lm extremely fussy when it comes to hygiene at any hosp.l only wish this hosp.could receive a top rating for hygiene.
I hold hygiene cert.l would defiantly give you a plaque.thanks.
