Appalling service kept waiting for a scheduled appointment due to staff being on their lunch, clearly the staff believe that their time is more precious than any of their patients. I know the NHS is broken but it is unacceptable to keep patients waiting for over 1 hour due to incompetence.

Never answer the phone been trying for days to cancel an appointment so that someone else could possible use this. Tried calling the doctors number who are downstairs to see if a message could be passed on but No unable to do this as apparently no one is even on the first floor! No wonder there is a backlog of appointments!!

Visited yesterday and felt compelled to leave review as it only has one which is very negative.
Our experience was the exact opposite. We arrived early, the receptionist interrupted her telephone call to speak to us and we waited about 5 mins before being called through.
We saw 3 different staff members, ALL were polite, friendly, and one was especially chatty and putted us at ease. So we got in early, waited less than 5 mins between each test and we were on our way home in 40 mins. A* service couldnt have asked for more

They like to keep you waiting
They do not show respect
Last visit the staff all went to lunch and abandoned eight elderly patients
What if there was a fire?
What if one of us was taken ill?
Harlow hospital did not care
