Really not happy. Paid private to see Dr Lee, my gums were receeding and she suggested filling around the tooth I was having pain with. This cost me £140 She said It doesn't always last but I could go back as many times as it was guaranteed for a year. Two months later the filling crumbled away.
Phoned today for an appointment to be told she has left and now on maternity leave. She obviously knew she was leaving so how can she give that guarantee.If I see another dentist they would refill it with no cost but I would have to pay a consultation fee!

I phoned to make an inquiry the receptionist was very polite and helpful and I got an appointment the same day,the dentist was very welcoming and did an excellent job,all the staff I see throughout my appointment were very nice and professional,I highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone,thank you for an excellent service

The worst experience ever. My child is in agony.. the teeth hasn’t been cleaned and filling was done on a bad teeth.. lets hope it wont get infected.. 100% won’t be back there anymore..
how many times we been at another practice the child was always happy even they have done the fillings.. but this time they haven’t even put any pain reliefs before trying to fix. Child was crying and the Dentists didn’t cared.. . Don’t recommend to anyone to bring their own children there. Thats not how the teeth supposed to look after “cleaning” and fillings done.

Excellent service as usual at Lister house could not be happier I was in to see my hygienist Eloise and left with a big smile on my face, couldn't recommend her highly enough teeth feel lovely and clean and also got some great advice on keeping them that way. Very professional and very friendly, If your looking for a great dentist and an amazing hygienist Lister house is the place for you.

I can honestly say I am happy I have been to the dentist. The experience starts with the professionalism of the receptionists, the friendliness of staff, ease of understanding of terms and nice atmosphere. My procedure was performed by hygienist Eloise and her assistant Albena and it was such an easy and smooth operation, it was over before I knew it. Experience second to none. I recommend the practice and keep it up!

Awful customer service, even as a private customer. No consideration for the patient. Tried to be considerate and rebook due to sickness and was told that I get charged a late cancellation fee, no flexibility at all. Well, unfortunately the whole system is so broken that dentists can just do what they want. Very disappointing.

Whow!!
An amazing experience from start to finish.
Raj was so helpful..explained step by step what was going to happen.
He is an artist, very professional
There was never a time when I thought I’ve had enough now.
The teeth straightening was nearly 7 months
But well worth the time.
Something I have thought about for a long time but never have done. If I had known how
The end teeth have ended up I would have done it years ago.
I have been a patient at lister house for 43 years and four generations of my family have been there. I cannot express how much I would urge people to go there to get their teeth done…
