This is a lovely friendly medical centre, the nursing staff are excellent, even faced with changing dressings on an amputation they maintain a professional and friendly persona. The receptionists are fantastic at their jobs and very helpful, the centre is clean and bright The regular doctors are also excellent, the only problem we have had is with a locum who refused to allow a carer in with a patient who was hard of hearing, which led to a misdiagnosis, incorrect medication, but a complaint was submitted, so hopefully locum will be educated and his incorrect (and misspelled) notes removed from medical records.

My Mum has just had her first appointment at the practice and saw Caroline the Specialist respiratory nurse. I cannot praise her highly enough. She was calm, professional, informative and knew her subject and was marvellous with Mum who isn't the easiest patient in the world! Thank you

I’m extremely needle phobic and the staff here are wizards at distracting me whilst getting blood tests done. Never had anything but compassion and sympathy despite being a wimp - Irene was the most recent example, friendly and lovely to deal with. I hope management read this review when deciding pay reviews! Thanks for the great all round service.

I want to say thank you to the lovely Receptionist. What a refreshing change to some of the previous dragons who were extremely rude and unhelpful and at a time when you are not feeling your best. She is a credit to Warwick House, personable and helpful with an understanding nature. I was seen that day, amazing. Thank you

We took my Grandson Mason to be examined today due to him being unwell with high temp etc.We were welcomed by Judith the Health care practitioner who proceeded to give Mason a thorough examination, and diagnosed his condition. Judith showed empathy and allowed plenty of time to listen carefully to Masons, Mothers concerns, and gave reasurrance on his condition. Judith did not rush us and was great with Mason who responded well to judiths request to be examined.Thankyou for your professional care.

Nothing is too much trouble at Warwick house. Advice and help is timely in accordance with the issue and staff are very kind and helpful. It was like a breath of fresh air moving here from another surgery. Very happy and highly recommend to anyone who asks.

I was so glad of the help, understanding and efficiency of Helen today as I had many queries relating to my aging in laws. Friendly and helpful Doctors nurses paramedics and reception.

In relation to some comments,Don't be afraid to chat to doctors in detail , I've had too and they have been very patient with me.
Also consider seeing an Advanced nurse or paramedic as a alternative to the doctor , they are brilliant.
Also like the fact that you can see a muscular specialist via ringing reception
