I don't like this Care Service and they always send me a Carer that i don't feel comfortable with. I'm forced to stay with the same Carer all the time and its making me feel very stressed 😪😪 They are also abrupt and rude. I have the right to be happy and relaxed. They are upsetting me and im going to loose my temper! They have NO RESPECT FOR ME! I don't have to take their nonsense!

Mum had been detained in hospital a week. She had a very bad skin infection and serious dementia. This service for the last week were knocking at her door and going away without getting an answer or making sure she was ok. She could have been dead for all they knew. No alarms were raised. They have provided no service whatsoever since social services assigned them. They refused to put in writing what help they have given her. Then claimed Hillingdon Social Services told them to leave the door and go if they get no answer. Hillingdon contract SCS to look after elderly dementia patients. If l had not of seen my mum's leg she would have developed sepsis under these carers and left under the care of Hillingdon Social Services. Do not trust them with your elderly relatives. SCS send male workers even when requested not too. They do not turn up at contracted times only when they feel like it and they are very rude when you talk too them. I am reporting them to the Care Quality Commission and my local councillor to investigate. Hillingdon have tried to charge my mum 88 pounds per week for this care service who already have there car turned around to get away quickly with one of the carers at the wheel like l found last night when l went there to get some belongings for my mother and they were knocking at the door.
