My husband received a prompt appointment following doing an E- consult firm on Patchs. Dr Sanjeevi was kind and attentive as usual. Whilst examining him she also identified he was due an age- related health check which she did at the same appointment and offered 2 vaccinations. Very good proactive and preventative care. Thank you. My husband said he felt very cared for.

I am disappointed with things at this practice recently. I gave dates of my NON AVAILABILITY as I was in France, yet still got an appointment at the Uxbridge hub for a date I was away. The GP rang me and was very understanding when I said it was not my fault that I was unable to make the appointment. The GPs are very good but in this case, the administration was extremely lacking.

Could not get an appointment for my 8 year old son as I could not phone at the right time. This included and emergency appointment as he was having a reaction to something. His lips were swollen and he had a sudden rash. It was worrying. So we went to A&E.
I then tried to get an appointment as A&E doctor told us too. Again could not get an appointment. In the end my wife had to complain and threaten to write to local MP to finally get an appointment.

At 61 I had an health check which registered an 'irregular heart's for which I was advised to visit my doctor.
I saw my doctor in the morning for tests, she then arranged an ECG for later that day and also asked for blood tests, for my convenience the nurse rescheduled my blood appointment so I didn't have to return later. Got thr results the following day.
Absolutely superb service.

I have found the practice has really turned itself around.
The doctors are great, they have time to talk to you about any concerns that you may have.
The reception team are polite and helpful, and the whole atmosphere at the surgery has changed.
It’s now a much nicer ‘experience’ when having to visit.

Leaving an updated review, because I had hoped that they would have improved, but no. They are still Terrible, actually terrible isn't doing it justice. When somewhere I want to work for requests a medical record check they sent one that was incomplete. Now I am once again chasing them up because they're incapable of doing their job properly. All the signs saying "Don't abuse staff" I get it, you shouldn't abuse them but they make it REALLY tempting to do so.
